Choosing the correct Storage System isn't always the easiest when there are so many styles and types for a variety of applications. Our website is designed to offer information to our customers, not to substitute for our personal knowledge and expertise.

Caster-Rack's Sales Manager, Tony Matthews, has personally designed and installed many different styles of systems during the past 17 years with the company. Our services include onsite project survey & consultation, system specification, design / layout, delivery & installation.

Most people understand and agree that it is impossible to be experts at everything so they contact us to help with any storage system or material handling application that comes their way.

Storage Systems

The different Systems

Our Featured System is the R3000 shelving system by SSI Schaefer.

One of the highest quality & flexible systems on the market our customers choose this system over all others mainly because of it's user friendly post with built in shelf clips (Punched Lugs) and it's straight in straight out shelf adjustment. You can literally move, remove or add a shelf in seconds.

Along with this huge feature there are hundreds of accessories (drawers, dividers, bins) that can be added during an initial installation or long after as things grow and change.

R3000 storage systems are a smart investment not only a Kwik Fix!

Common Applications: Often used for small parts storage, and Automotive storage.

The Trimline & Type 1 Shelving systems

Again both are of the highest quality & flexible systems on the market.

The main advantage to these 2 systems are the variety of sizes available and the option of using a wooden shelf on steel beams, sometimes more affordable than the standard steel shelf and stronger too.

Common Applications: Often used for parts storage, file box storage and bulk items storage.

System 200 Interlocking no bolt system

One of the oldest styles of shelving on the market this system uses the common S clips on 2" increments in T post. The Main features, ecconomical and strong.

Common Applications: Often used for general storage, file box storage. Storage of items that new change size.
